The space
The house comprises of three generous queen sized bedrooms with an en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe in the maser bedroom. We supply quality linen and towels, as well as bathroom products to all our guests.

You will love the fact that we are a family friendly house and can supply additional single mattresses for extra guests with larger families.

Open and social living environment with three steps taking you down into a light filled living/dining area opening onto a beautiful expansive undercover deck with Weber Q bbq and huge outdoor setting overlooking native bush.

The kitchen is equipped with stone bench tops with a large fridge freezer and ice machine as well as cold rain water - a second bar fridge is located on the deck to keep your drinks cold. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay including microwave, dishwasher, large stainless steel oven with 5 gas burners, blender and all cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and a well stocked pantry.

The laundry is in a separate room and has a large bench area - washing machine, ironing board and large tub.

If our guests are unable to travel due to state boarders being shut due to covid we will provide a full refund. Please note the house is not suitable for children under 12
For larger groups travelling together we also offer you Johnnies right next door with a four bedroom three bathroom house and a connecting gate between properties
No pets are allowed on the premises by guests or visitors.
